Shipping

How fast is the shipping?
We take great care in packaging and sending your order. Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your order. We aim for standard delivery within the Netherlands & Belgium to take 2–4 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Shipping is free for orders above €47 in the Netherlands. For countries outside the Netherlands, different shipping costs apply.

Returns

What is the return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please send an email to info@laque-nails.com stating the reason for the return and your order number.

Only unopened and undamaged products can be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete or damaged.
Once your return has been approved, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Laque reserves the right to refuse returned items if they are not returned unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

How do I return my order?
Step 1: Register your return by sending an email to info@laque-nails.com including your name, order number, and the reason for the return (with photos if applicable). You must always request a return by email; otherwise, we cannot process your refund.

Step 2: Once your return request is approved and you have received your unique return code, you may send your order to:

Please note: we do not reimburse return shipping costs.

Who pays for my return?
Return costs are at your own expense. We recommend using PostNL to return your order. For your own security and completeness, make sure to use a track & trace number.
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the order date.

What if I received a damaged product?
We’re really sorry about that! Please report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@laque-nails.com. Include your order number and photos if possible so we can assist you further.
