Shipping

How fast is the shipping?
We take great care and attention in packing and sending your order. Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. We aim for standard delivery within the Netherlands & Belgium to take 2–4 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €49 within the Netherlands. Other shipping rates apply to countries outside the Netherlands.

Returns

What is the return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Send an email to info@laque-nails.com with the reason for your return and your order number.

Only unopened and undamaged products can be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete or damaged.
Once your return has been approved, the full amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Laque reserves the right to refuse returned items if they are not unopened and undamaged. Return shipping is at your own expense.


How do returns work?

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@laque-nails.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return (with photos if applicable). You must always request a return by email; otherwise, we cannot issue your refund.

  2. Once your request is approved and you have received your unique return code, you may ship your order to:

Note: we do not cover return shipping costs.

Who pays for the return?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend PostNL for sending back orders. For security and completeness, make sure you have a track & trace number.
All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the order date.

What if I received a damaged product?
We’re very sorry about that! Please report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@laque-nails.com.
Include your order number and photos if possible, so we can assist you further.
